Do you do virtual sessions?
No — and that's on purpose. Colors and measurements can't be trusted through a screen. Every session happens in the studio, where the light is right and the answers are real.
What should I wear?
Come as you are — minimal makeup for color sessions, comfortable clothes for shape sessions. Pat will guide you from there.
What if I've had a color analysis elsewhere?
Bring what you have. Pat will verify it — seasons get called wrong more often than you'd think.
Can I give a session as a gift?
Yes — gift certificates are available for every session and any amount.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit their deposit.
